Usage

Standard Hand - operated Lift

A mixer stand for small loads and light blends that is operated manually with a screw-type latching device The most economical lift at the lowest safety device setting

Hand - operated Handle Lift

A simple lift that required less power to use than the standard hand-operated lift, as the handle at the bottom of the stand does the lifting.

Gear motor - operated Lift

Can lift without requiring and additional strength thanks to a control panel button. Ideal for less physically active operators, including the elderly, some women, and the physically impaired.

Pneumatic motor - operated Lift Lift

Usage

STATOR

A stator for Homogenous Mixers enabling high shear with small gaps between the 'V' shaped grooves and the rotor

ROTOR

An impeller component similar to a stator that spins at high speed together with a spinning shaft. It disperses and emulsifies substances via small gaps between it and the stator.

DISPERSER BLADE

Standard disperser blade for high-speed use, ideal for high viscosity substances like adhesives and paint

PROPELLER

Slow propeller (under 300rpm) useful for low viscosity substances. The propeller permits simple agitation.

Secondary Impeller

Installed atop an impeller to permit substances atop the fluid to reenter the impeller. The number that can be used is determined by adjusting the fluid height.

TEFLON BUSH

Lessens the small gaps between the central spinning shaft and the impeller, reducing vibration, fractioning, and component loss. Made of durable, chemically resistant Teflon.

PEEK BUSH

ROTOR TOOL

A rotor disposal component for safer, easier disposal. Placed on sharp rotor indentations by simply turning when separating or cleaning Homogenous Mixers

Covers motors for a tidier, improved appearance. Can also protect from motor and spinning shaft heat. Colors customizable to customer requirements.

V-CLAMP(2EA/1SET)

Clamp to fix containers and beakers located on the lower portion of the stand.

SUPPORT JACK

Jack that supports fixing containers with minimal power when lifting beakers and containers.

STAND BLOCK (2EA/1SET)

A component fixed to the lower end of the stand to create a 7cm extension to the original stand. ( 14cm for two sets)

FOOT SWITCH

AA device for safer, hands-free operation which controls the mixer operation by pressing on the foot-pedals.
